The Tri-City United School Board has approved a two-question bond referendum. You may vote February 13, 2018, on the referendum recommendations made by the community-based Facilities Task Force and findings from the 2017 community survey:

Question 1: $14.285M to add space for growing enrollment, and address safety issues and maintenance needs.

- Add classrooms and Ag/Tech Shop to TCU High School
- Add classrooms at TCU Lonsdale to keep 5 & 6 Gr. students in community, providing capacity to TCU Montgomery
- Renovate lower level at TCU Montgomery to add classroom space
- Replace roof and install HVAC system at TCU Le Center
- Renovate TCU Le Center main entrance and TCU Montgomery East preschool entry to increase security
- TCU High School does not have a performance space or auditorium
- TCU High School only has one Gym for ALL activities, sports, community events and large assembly activities
- Build a 700-seat Auditorium/Fine Arts Center at TCU High School
- Student enrollment projected to be over 670, in less than 10 years
